Each bookmaker was given one folio to design. The concept was 84,000 gates - openings - pores - and paths - meanders - to Enlightenment.
Each artist was asked to continue the cutout. The cutout could change size and shape, and translucency. It was continued in the cover and the title page.

Kathleen started this book in April 2006 and went through June 2007.  Participants included Kathleen, Porter, Chrissie, Catherine, Jennifer, Laura, Patty, Radha, Ilene, Tracy, Karin, Karen, Susan, Caryn and Caroline. I only have the first few entries done before the book came to me.

This rotation book is from series #1, which took place from April 2006 through June 2007. The "Remembering Trees" pages were houses in a box Catherine made. There are only two entries at this posting, as I was near the beginning of rotation  . . . so I did not see the completed book. I will ask Catherine if she can send me photos of the completed book.
